His knowledge of the local area, and in particular, his expertise in renovation work was immensely valuable during my home search, as he provided informed feedback on the neighborhood and the quality of craftsmanship within the home. Because I am moving internationally, house hunting was complicated, and Beau truly went above and beyond by providing numerous video walk-throughs and even coordinating with vendors I had difficulty reaching due to being outside the country. Communication was also seamless, even with a significant time zone difference.
